Adobe Deli
We are enjoying a full hook up at the Escapees Dream Catcher park in Deming, NM. We went to the Adobe Deli for a great dinner. They are known for there tasty French Onion soup, but tonight it was on the salty side. Linda enjoyed her oysters fresh from the gulf coast. My Ruben was terrific. I took half of it home for lunch tomorrow.

Having stayed at the Dreamcatchers RV Park in Deming we were told to go try the Adobe Deli. So few days before Thanksgiving we ate lunch there as well and loved it, though like yourself I found the soup on the salty side. (Maybe a new Cook?) As for the Ruben I was so hungry I ate the whole thing. (I shouldn't have!) I also didn't eat anything else until lunch the next day.
