My First Lobster Roll

I have been hearing about New England lobster rolls for years. It is one of the regional foods I was looking forward to, and I was not disappointed. Large chunks of lobster in a light dressing. It was piled so high that I had to use a fork to eat some off the top before I could pick it up. Linda said she has had lobster rolls all over New England and these are the best. Of course I will have to verify that statement.
