A Nice Find

It was laundry day, and as luck would have it, there was a Bar-B-Que place across the street. Paul and I had to try it and we were rewarded.

Smoking Aces (30.44391, -91.16222) is my kind of place. Hole in the wall place with excelent food.

The brisket sandwich was excellent. We have been enjoying Boudin Sausages here in LA. They are made with meat, we have been getting pork, spices and rice. They have a bit of heat to them and are very good. Ace's new menu item is Boudin Egg Rolls. They were also excellent.
