Special Shapes

This is the dawn patrol. Every morning after the pilots briefing, selected balloons launch and ascend to different altitudes to determine wind direction. They have glow sticks dangling from their baskets so you can keep track of them. 

 

Then the rest of the balloons inflate and launch.

These are called special shape balloons
